I just wanted to say thanks to everyone involved with the league for a good season so far. First of all to the players, thank you for playing your hearts out there on the field and maintaining such good sportsmanship. I have seen some really great effort on the fields during the season.
Next I want to say thanks to the coaches who have given countless hours of their time training the players and keeping it fun.
Also a big thank you to the parents and youth who have stepped up this season to volunteer as field painters, team parents, and assistant coaches.
Next I want to say thank you to the volunteer referees. You have gone on the fields under some difficult circumstances and done your best. You kept it safe and fair and we could not have been successful without you.
And finally I want to say thank you to the volunteer Board of Directors. I am amazed at the time and effort it takes to run a volunteer soccer league and you all have done a wonderful job in giving your time and energy to make this season successful. Even though the Spring season is winding down, the Board will continue working hard to ensure everything is ready for the Fall season while taking care of the hundreds of other tasks required keeping PYSL moving ahead. Your efforts are appreciated!
